ABOUT ME

Hi.  My name is Cici Chang.  I am a professional makeup artist based in New York City.  Passionate about the integration of makeup and fashion, I love the creative inspirations that stem from the art of makeup.  

 
When I first began my career as a makeup artist, I came across the OMAK philosophy which
kick-started a series of learning, changes and self-improvement.  OMAK is an acronym that stands for "Observe Merits and Appreciate Kindness"; it is a positive way of thinking that encourages one to see, recognize and appreciate the good qualities of others.  Hence, makeup means much more than the application of cosmetic products; it is a delivery of personal beauty.
